Chuck retired from Citizens Trust Bank as Senior Executive Vice President & COO after twenty-two years to found One Georgia Bank. Chuck’s leadership as Founder, Vice Chairman, President & CEO, the bank capitalized with $24.2 million which marked the first time that a newly chartered bank was formed with over $20 million in capital in Georgia’s history and is the largest such capital raised spearheaded by an African American in the history of the United States. Chuck is inducted into the History Makers and his personal archive is stored in the Library of Congress
