Dr. Brown earned his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, Medical Degree at Meharry Medical College, and completed a dual residency in Neurology and Psychiatry at the Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Brown is Dually Board Certified in Neurology and Psychiatry. He specializes in assessing and managing the cognitive impairments, movement disturbances, and behavioral problems that occur as a result of developmental issues, aging, trauma, and substance abuse.
