Dean has been active in the community working with youth sports as a coach for over 25 years and most recently serving as the president of the football booster club at a very large high school. The servicing of others and helping provide opportunities that allow for personal growth has always been a major focus. He’s married to his wife Donna with four boys, one daughter, and three dogs. His passion is helping elevate and motivate others to believe in themselves and achieve new heights.

Biography
He’s been with AFS for over 12 years serving clients throughout the Southern United States. He’s currently completing his Masters of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and has his undergraduate in business from the University of Texas in Arlington.
