Equine Assisted Self-Development Program

Our program is an effective extension to public schools, education, positive intervention in difficult home environments, and a vehicle for supporting youth entangled in the Juvenile Justice System.

We utilize the unique strength and power of horses and their herd dynamics. Our goal is to empower, coach, mentor, counsel and introduce participants to their true self. Oftentimes the students will hide behind what they think someone wants or needs them to be which results in false portrayal of their “true-self”. We council by strengthening self-development, emotional control, behavioral intervention, and life social skills in people of all ages.

Started by Lily Morgan, a celebrated radio personality, model, talk show host, and landowner. She ensures that the young adults enrolled in our programs work alongside life coaches, counselors, and educators. Each child navigates a personal journey of self-discovery and confidence building while learning social and practical everyday skills.

Equin Care

Why Horses?

We utilize horse care (called Equine Care) as our main tool for life coaching and self-development.

WHY HORSES?  Horses mirror the state of mind of their caregivers.  If you are upset, they are upset. Calming a horse requires the caregiver to find that same state of mind – helping teenagers learn to control and properly channel their emotions. By helping our participants go through this process repeatedly , our teenagers begin to repair and rebuild an emotional state where trust and self reliance begin to emerge.

Teens Voice USA is an official Equine Assisted Self-Development (EASD) learning program that provides at-risk youth with life and social skills through Personal Development using equine assisted life coaching activities for Physical, Cognitive, Emotional Control, Behavioral Intervention and Social Well-Being.
